The 2008 / 09 Football Season is almost upon us.
We shall again be entering two teams into the Edmonton and District Sunday Football league
The squad has been bulstered by some summer signings from Southgate Rovers and a goalkeeper for the B Team.
During the pre-season Southbury entered two teams into a 5-a-side competition, for which one of the teams won the competetion. The other team made up of some of the older players, didn't manage to make it past the group stage.
Pre-season training has now started.

The 2008 footy tour to Norwich will be from Thursday 14th August to Sunday 17th August.
We will be booking the Nelson Hotel, which is bang in the centre of town. We need to book the rooms soon so please let Deano know as soon as possible if you would like to go.
A game will be organised for the Saturday. If we have enough players we will organise a double header.
